Numerology begins with one number you can work out yourself: your Life Path number. It comes from your full date of birth and describes the broad theme of your life — your strengths, your challenges, and the lessons that keep returning.
How to calculate it
Add every digit of your birth date, then keep reducing until you reach a single digit. For 14 August 1990: 1+4+8+1+9+9+0 = 32, and 3+2 = 5. The Life Path number is 5.
